What is the return policy?
To help protect our planet and minimize waste, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because we don't hold stock or overproduce, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect orders.
However, if your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right! Please contact us at team.abstractwishes@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll ship out a replacement immediately.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Due to the current winter storms in US, order time may vary.
